I know it didn’t have any Net carbs but come on I still consumed 5gm of carbs.Ĭronometer - Ok I have been using this for 3 days. I scanned it and the app didn’t deduct those carbs. For example I drank some coffee creamer that had 5gm of total carbs. Nice interface, caters towards Keto but one big issue I saw was that it only count Net carbs and not all carbs. MFP - Not a bad app but the fact that anyone could add to the database is concerning about the accuracy.Ĭarb Counter - this was going to be my go to. If there is a way I could not figure it out. I don’t like that I couldn’t change my macros to what I wanted. I have premium so I can use all the features. Lose it- this was the first app I used ever. I know I know but I have struggled with being over weight since a kid and I’m 44 so I have tried all these apps several times.
